The brief
In a city where every square foot matters, balconies often become storage spaces or are left empty. We saw the chance to create a little escape from the city's constant rush.
Our approach
A centrepiece that sets the mood
The first thing you notice is the Buddha, sitting quietly amid the greenery. It is not just decor. It sets the mood for the whole space and is a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe and enjoy a few peaceful moments every day.
Every plant has a role
The bold fiddle leaf fig adds height and makes a statement. Delicate Ming aralia brings softness, while colourful croton Petra adds warmth. Schefflera, spider plant and trailing Monstera adansonii add different textures, so the balcony feels lush without feeling crowded.
A herb garden you can use
Simple terracotta pots of tulsi, mint and lemon bring an earthy touch and a pop of warm colour, while giving the homeowners fresh herbs to use every day.
Planters that respect the floor
The planters have a clean, minimal design that complements the intricate inlay pattern of the flooring instead of competing with it. When planters, plants and flooring work together, the whole balcony feels intentional.
